Each of the 12 weeks focuses on one operational layer: hiring and delegation, pricing and margin, systems and automation, customer retention, and leadership under growth pressure. The sequence is deliberate. You do not jump to marketing strategy before your operations can handle more volume.
Sessions mix group work with individual consultations. The group brings perspective from peers running different types of businesses - retail, services, B2B - and the private sessions let you work through decisions specific to your situation without generalising.
Module 1 - Operations audit and baseline
Map what your business actually runs on today - where decisions live, where time goes, and which processes are informal. Participants leave with a written operations map and a list of the three highest-leverage changes available to them.
Module 2 - Revenue structure and margin
Examine how your current pricing holds up under growth. Most businesses undercharge at scale because their pricing was set when costs were different. This module works through contribution margin, service tiers, and what happens to unit economics when volume doubles.
Module 3 - Team structure and delegation
Delegation is not about trust - it is about clarity. This module covers how to define roles by outcome rather than task, how to build accountability without micromanagement, and when hiring is the right move versus restructuring what you already have.

Who is this program designed for?
The program is built for founders and business owners who already have a working operation and want to grow it deliberately - expanding revenue, team, or market reach without losing control of quality.
Can I join from outside a major city?
Yes. All sessions run online with live interaction, so your location within Ireland or elsewhere does not affect access or participation. Ryxiqia has participants joining from rural counties and smaller towns regularly.
What does a typical week look like?
Each week includes one live group session of around 90 minutes, one optional private consultation slot, and structured self-paced material. Recordings are available for all live sessions if you miss one.
Is prior business experience required?
Participants should have at least one year of running their own business or managing a team. The program assumes basic familiarity with operations, finance, and customer acquisition - it does not cover foundational startup concepts.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
Graduates retain access to session recordings and written materials. There is also an alumni group where past participants share updates, ask questions, and occasionally collaborate. Ongoing individual consultations are available separately.
