Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you and Ryxiqia in connection with your use of our educational platform and related services. By purchasing any subscription, course, or session through ryxiqia.com, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Scope of Application
These Payment Terms apply to all purchases made on the Ryxiqia platform, including but not limited to individual learning sessions, group programmes, subscription plans, and any other paid educational services offered through ryxiqia.com. These terms form part of the broader agreement between you and Ryxiqia and should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Ryxiqia accepts the following forms of payment:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfers where explicitly offered at checkout
- Digital payment services approved and listed at the point of purchase
All payment methods are subject to availability and may vary depending on your region and the type of service purchased. Ryxiqia reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the platform are shown in the currency applicable to your account region at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Ryxiqia reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect purchases already completed and confirmed.
Where promotional or discounted pricing is offered, such pricing is valid only for the period and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. Promotional prices cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
4. Billing and Payment Processing
4.1 One-Time Purchases
For individual sessions or standalone courses, payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Access to the purchased content or session is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
4.2 Subscription Plans
Subscription-based access is billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. By subscribing, you authorise Ryxiqia to charge your designated payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in Section 7.
4.3 Payment Authorisation
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is accurate and complete. Ryxiqia may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Your payment data is subject to the privacy and security policies of those processors.
5. Failed and Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, access to paid services may be suspended or restricted until the outstanding amount is settled. Ryxiqia will attempt to notify you of a failed payment using the contact details associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains current and valid.
In the event of a failed subscription renewal, Ryxiqia may make additional attempts to process payment within a defined retry window. If payment is not successfully collected within this window, the subscription may be cancelled.
6. Taxes and Additional Charges
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction, except where Ryxiqia is required by law to collect and remit such amounts directly. Where applicable taxes are collected by Ryxiqia, they will be clearly indicated at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Ryxiqia is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider, including foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Ryxiqia support at contact@ryxiqia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until the period expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
7.2 Session and Course Cancellations
Cancellation terms for individual sessions and courses are governed by the specific cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. Where a minimum notice period applies, cancellations made within that window may not be eligible for a refund.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following general conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered or substantially accessed
- Subscription fees already collected for a completed billing cycle are non-refundable
- Refunds for live sessions may only be granted where the session was cancelled by Ryxiqia or the instructor
To submit a refund request, contact our support team at contact@ryxiqia.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe an error has occurred in connection with a charge on your account, you should contact Ryxiqia at contact@ryxiqia.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Ryxiqia will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Ryxiqia may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. Ryxiqia reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that are determined to be fraudulent or without valid basis.
10. Fraud Prevention
Ryxiqia employs fraud detection and prevention measures to protect both users and the platform. Transactions flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held for review or declined. Ryxiqia reserves the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts where fraudulent activity is suspected, without prior notice.
11. Changes to Payment Terms
Ryxiqia reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform or via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of paid services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
