A platform built around
scaling businesses
the way people actually learn
Galway, Ireland — serving learners nationwide
Ryxiqia started with a straightforward observation: most business education is either too generic or too expensive to access remotely. We set out to change that for people outside major urban centres.

How the programme actually works structure & philosophy
Each learner starts with an intake conversation - not a quiz, but a real discussion about where their business stands and what's blocking growth.
From there, a learning path is put together that combines group sessions with other founders at a similar stage and one-to-one time with an instructor who specialises in their industry. The group element matters: hearing how someone in a different sector solved a pricing problem or restructured their operations often unlocks thinking that a private session alone wouldn't reach.
Instructors stay with the same cohort throughout a programme rather than rotating. That continuity means they understand the context behind a question, not just the question itself.
Adaptive paths
No fixed curriculum applied to everyone. Topics, pace and depth adjust as the programme progresses based on what's actually happening in each business.
Live interaction
All sessions are live. Recordings are available afterwards, but the core experience is real-time - questions answered in the moment, not in a forum thread days later.
Regional reach
Learners join from Donegal, Kerry, Tipperary and everywhere between. Remote delivery isn't a compromise here - it's the design.
Peer cohorts
Group sessions are kept small - typically eight to twelve people - so there's space for genuine conversation rather than passive watching.
The instructors behind the programmes
Instructors at Ryxiqia have run or advised businesses directly - they're not career academics. Fionnuala Kerrigan, who leads the scaling strategy track, spent eight years building a distribution business before moving into education. Ciarán Ó Briain, who focuses on operations and team structure, has worked with businesses from single-founder startups to companies with 60 staff. That background shapes how they teach: specific, grounded, and honest about what's hard.
